HR Placement

The post holder will be responsible for carrying out a range of HR administrative tasks spanning across all HR generalist activity. This is a 1 year fixed term contract. Responsibilities Communicate, administer and process all requests that are logged within the HR Inbox Process all Recruitment Approval Forms (RAFs) on the HR applicant tracking system (ATS) Communicate received applicant CVs to the relevant hiring manager(s) along with recruitment shortlisting matrix Schedule interviews at an agreed date and time between all parties involved Process successful candidate's offer letter and employment terms and conditions, and candidate onboarding paperwork Process all completed training records onto relevant HR system(s).
