Location: Craigavon, County Armagh, United Kingdom Earnings: Salary discussed on application The post holder will be responsible for the overall management and execution of all TAS seat installation at MRO's. The role will involve significant interaction, working alongside customers and also various installation locations across the globe. This will need to be managed via proactive planning, engagement and strategic alignment between various moving parts, whist ensuring that all airworthiness regulations and requirements are met. The Delivery Support Manager will also ensure ongoing excellent customer service to key customers. Responsibilities Work with the Management Team to set and monitor standards and KPIs for team Develop and provide support to the team Implement strategic change, customer service and continuous improvement in the department Work with and proactively support customers in delivering tailor made solutions Complete regular reporting decks and present results to the relevant stakeholders Ensure that the OEM services conform to all required regulations and certification standards With this role, there will be a significant amount of global travel.
