Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing Engineering activities in product design, process design, equipment/tool design, production system design, automated systems, control, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Program 3 and 5 axis CNC Milling Machines, including tool selection, work holding design, and validating programming quality through FAI.
- Create machine setup sheets and operator instructions.
- Improve manufacturing processes, ensure safety, and mentor less experienced programmers.
- Liaise with tooling and software manufacturers to drive continuous improvement.
- Investigate and implement techniques to reduce cycle times and adopt new technologies.

Requirements
- At least 3 years\’ machining and offline programming experience with CAM software.
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, reading engineering drawings, and strong computer skills.
- Good communication and time management skills; flexible attitude.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
