Job Description
The post holder will work within multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative design solutions for new concepts and customization of existing products for global customers. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery within cost, time, and quality constraints, and adherence to strict aerospace regulations and manufacturing standards. Key duties involve preparing documentation such as specifications, technical plans, and reports related to aircraft seating; collaborating with vendors, internal departments, and engineering disciplines to ensure compliance and airworthiness; managing concessions to maintain continued airworthiness; supporting change management through research, design reviews, and impact analysis; troubleshooting product issues; supporting bids for new customer requests; designing new products to meet reliability and airworthiness standards; conducting root cause analysis for airworthiness risks; and working in project teams to ensure product performance in operating environments.

Requirements
Essential
- Relevant engineering degree, apprenticeship, or at least 2 years in an engineering environment
- Ability to contribute to technical solutions and understand manufacturing and certification principles
- Experience in project contribution and completion
- Organized, effective in cross-functional teamwork, with a positive attitude
Desirable
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory certification rules
- Mechanical and interior design knowledge for CFR Part 25 aircraft
- Experience in compliance roles
