Basic Salary: £29,500 OTE: £68,400 (inclusive of company car or car allowance)
Working Hours:
- Five-day working week
- Every Saturday (9:00am – 4:00pm) with a fixed day off during the week
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
- Closed Sundays
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to work for one of Morden's market leading independent estate agencies. With an excellent market presence, excellent stock levels and great property values, this offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to achieve great earning potential in a branch with a long standing track record of financial success.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales Manager in managing the Sales Department
- Monitoring, supervising, mentoring and performance managing the negotiating team
- Acting as Sales Manager during holidays and absence
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Managing and developing new and existing client relationships
- Valuing and listing properties
- Carrying out viewings and negotiating sales of properties
Candidate specification:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager within residential Estate Agencies
- Substantial experience in listing and valuing properties
- A proven track record of driving sales and achieving sales targets
- Previous experience with managing teams highly desirable
- Self motivated, target driven, ambitious
- Articulate, well spoken and an exceptional communicator
- Must have a UK drivers license
- Must live within a 45 minute commute (during rush hour) of Morden (SM4)
