Senior Security Officer
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on qualifications, SIA licence and experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility required), with a weekend duty management rota
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Security Officer to join a prestigious luxury residential development in Central London.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of security, health & safety and fire safety operations across the development.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional from a high-end residential environment who can lead by example, maintain exceptional standards and deliver a first-class service to residents and visitors.
- Senior Security Officer Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of security and safety operations across the development.
- Lead by example and provide guidance and support to the on-site security team.
- Help coordinate the activities of security contractors to ensure service standards are maintained.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, contractors and staff at all times.
- Oversee CCTV systems, access control and all security-related procedures.
- Monitor compliance with health & safety and fire safety legislation.
- Carry out regular inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and assist with incident investigations.
- Monitor contractor compliance and ensure all works are carried out safely.
- Deliver training and guidance on security, fire safety and health & safety procedures.
- Produce reports, maintain accurate records and ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
- Experience working within a luxury residential development in a senior security role.
- Ability to lead by example and support the day-to-day operation of a security team.
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.
- Excellent understanding of fire safety procedures and emergency response.
- Experience operating CCTV and access control systems.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to trespass, dealing with unauthorised persons and incident management.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- £31,000 - £34,000 per annum depending on qualifications, SIA licence and experience.
- Opportunity for a salary review following a successful probationary period (minimum six months, subject to performance).
- 5.6 weeks' annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
