Our client is a highly successful double digit independent multi branch estate agent who is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join one of their prime high street branches in Hyde Park. This role offers an excellent opportunity for any Trainee Sales Negotiator looking to further grow and develop their career within a highly reputable and successful Estate Agency in the heart of London.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Registering applicants
  • Matching properties to applicants' needs
  • Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)
  • Listing Properties

Candidate Specification

  • Have some previous experience in an estate agency environment
  • Live within a maximum of a 45 minute commute to Dartmouth Park
  • Have a full UK driver's licence and own car

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
