Thomas Webb Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and service-driven Supervisor Concierge to join a prestigious luxury residential development in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished concierge professional looking to step into a supervisory role within a high-end residential environment. Initially, the successful candidate will support with supervisory administration, team oversight, and operational responsibilities while remaining hands-on within the concierge operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day supervision of the concierge team and front-of-house operation
  • Delivering a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors
  • Assisting with staff management, shift coordination, and operational administration
  • Supporting training, team standards, and overall service delivery
  • Acting as a point of escalation for resident and operational issues
  • Monitoring front-of-house presentation and service standards
  • Working closely with contractors, building management, and on-site teams
  • Ensuring Health & Safety, fire safety, and security procedures are followed
  • Managing parcels, keys, resident requests, and reporting using internal systems
  • Conducting regular patrols and ensuring smooth building operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Head Concierge or Senior Concierge in a luxury residential or five-star hospitality setting essential
  • Experience supervising or supporting teams within a concierge or customer service environment
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and resident service delivery
  • Strong organisational and administrative ability
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive and service-led approach
  • Experience using concierge or building management systems advantageous
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
