Our Client is a well-established long-standing London wide multi-branch estate agency, who are currently looking for a Property Sales Administrator to join their busy vibrant team in North West London.
Key responsibilities:
- Arranging photography for new listings.
- Preparing and writing property details to launch on our website/portals.
- Ensuring all supporting documents are in place.
- Reviewing online portal products for listings and updating as appropriate.
- Producing management statistics and KPI reports.
- Issuing memorandum of sales outline new sales and updating our systems.
Property Sales Administrator Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the real estate or property industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems or property management software is advantageous.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
