Location: Hampstead

Salary: £24k - £28k

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5.30pm

Employment term: Maternity cover

Our Client is a well-established long-standing London wide multi-branch estate agency, who are currently looking for a Property Sales Administrator to join their busy vibrant team in North West London.

Key responsibilities:

  • Arranging photography for new listings.
  • Preparing and writing property details to launch on our website/portals.
  • Ensuring all supporting documents are in place.
  • Reviewing online portal products for listings and updating as appropriate.
  • Producing management statistics and KPI reports.
  • Issuing memorandum of sales outline new sales and updating our systems.

Property Sales Administrator Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the real estate or property industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems or property management software is advantageous.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Fulham or surrounding areas is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the real estate industry, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
