We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Night Concierge to oversee night operations at a luxury residential development in the heart of Canary Wharf. As the face of this prestigious development during night hours, you will ensure a seamless resident experience, creating a welcoming environment, building strong relationships with residents, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, security, and care. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a high-end development and play an essential role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident & Visitor Engagement
- Greet and assist residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records for residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Deliveries & Key Management
- Receive, log, and securely manage resident deliveries and parcels through internal systems.
- Oversee key handling, ensuring accurate and secure key management at all times.
- Security & Safety
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment across the development.
- Monitor CCTV and promptly report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies and out-of-hours incidents, following approved procedures.
- Resident Support & Coordination
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings.
- Provide helpful recommendations for local services, restaurants, and amenities in the Canary Wharf area.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to support smooth operations and effective handovers.
- Escalate maintenance issues or resident concerns to the appropriate teams.

Essential Attributes:
- Previous experience in luxury residential or five-star hospitality.
