We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Day Porter to work at a Mansion style residential development of circa 50 properties in Victoria, London. The ideal candidate will be resident-focused, providing exceptional service to the community within the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Assistance: Offer courteous support to residents, address inquiries, and assist, particularly aiding elderly or infirm individuals.
  • Security: Maintain a visible presence, monitor access, challenge unidentified individuals, and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Conduct routine inspections of common areas, promptly address issues like water leaks or malfunctioning systems, and coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs.
  • Parcel Management: Oversee the secure delivery and distribution of mail and packages to residents.
  • Regulation Enforcement: Ensure compliance with estate regulations, including noise control, waste disposal, and use of communal areas.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident information, contractor activities, and incident reports.
  • Emergency Response: Act swiftly in emergencies such as fires, floods, or unauthorized access to prioritize resident safety and minimize property damage.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
