Hours: full time, 4 days on, 4 days off, 7:30am - 7:30pm

We are currently seeking exceptional candidates experienced in delivering 5 star services to work at a Luxury Residential development in Canary Wharf. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, the Day Concierge will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of the building's front-of-house services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist residents and guests, providing a high level of customer service.
- Manage and log deliveries and collections, notifying residents promptly.
- Handle key access requests using the Traka key system, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Address resident queries and report maintenance issues to the appropriate teams.
- Provide information and recommendations about local amenities and services in the Canary Wharf area.
- Oversee the booking and preparation of communal facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
- Support private events in communal areas, coordinating with residents and external providers.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, reporting any defects or safety concerns.
- Act as the primary contact for out-of-hours emergencies, such as leaks or power outages.
- Perform Fire Marshal duties during emergencies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, or customer-facing role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using concierge systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of the local area and amenities.
