About the Role
We are looking for a Concierge Receptionist – Assistant to join the team at a high-end residential development in SW3. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of delivering service to a high-end residential standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Man the Residence front entrance and provide a welcoming and professional service to residents and guests.
- Assist the Concierge Receptionists with a variety of front-office, concierge and administrative duties.
- Maintain the high standards, procedures and policies of the development.
- Respond effectively to the ever-changing needs of residents.
- Provide a consistently professional and attentive level of customer service.
- Be multi-skilled and able to multitask, as required by the role.
Working Hours
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, including:
- Early: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Late: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
- Occasional day shifts: 9:00am – 5:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Shifts will vary depending on business needs.
Salary & Benefits
- £34,500 gross annual salary, inclusive of holiday pay
- Average 40 hours per week
- 2 days off per week
- 5.6 weeks' holiday per year
- Potential non-contractual bonus of up to 1 week's pay, paid in June and December
- Uniform provided
- Potential salary review following successful completion of probation
- Salary paid in arrears by bank transfer, subject to Income Tax and National Insurance deductions
