Location: Wimbledon Office

Working Hours: 20 hours per week

  • Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am - 2:30pm
  • Option 2: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 1:30pm

Salary: £16,500 per annum (for 20 hours/week)

Bonus: £500 upon successful completion of the contract

Start Date: Ideally available to start from May onwards

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Lettings Renewals Administrator to join our friendly Wimbledon office on a part-time basis, covering maternity leave. This role is central to our lettings operation, supporting the smooth and compliant renewal of tenancies. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience who enjoys working in a process-driven, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and issue tenancy renewal documentation, including Section 13 notices and addendums, using electronic signature platforms
  • Oversee and manage the digital signing process for Landlords and Tenants
  • Administer periodic tenancies and update in-house systems accordingly
  • Chase unsigned tenancy agreements to ensure timely completion
  • Finalise renewals by executing and distributing completed documents, including compliance paperwork (e.g., TDS certificates)
  • Support rental negotiation discussions between Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaise with Landlords, Tenants, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Assist with other administrative tasks within the lettings team as needed
  • Handle the change of sharer process, including referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Monitor and chase expired Right to Rent documents
  • Prepare A5 cards and assist with internal communications

About You

  • Previous experience in lettings or property administration is desirable
  • Sound understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance (e.g., TDS, Right to Rent)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and lettings software
  • Able to work independently and manage a varied workload efficiently
