Salary: £18k - £25k DOE

OTE: £35K - £50K DOE

Our client is a well-established market leading multi-branch Estate Agency based in the South West London area, working with property stock at the higher end of the market and consistently acquiring a larger market share both in sales and lettings, year on year with exciting new growth plans for the immediate future. With good stock levels and property values, this is a fantastic role offering great earning potential for a driven and motivated Lettings Negotiator.

Lettings Negotiator Specification:

Our client is interested in a Lettings Negotiator with previous experience in the South Kensington Property market. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who both knows the South Kensington area geographically, and also in terms of the property market, having previous experience in dealing with a variety of property types within South Kensington.

Duties:

  • Actively seek out new listing opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential tenants
  • Negotiate and close deals between tenants and landlords
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
  • Prepare and present property listings to clients
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents
