We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to work at one of London's premier, cutting edge residential developments in Canary Wharf. Boasting a sky bar, rooftop terraces, green gardens and a gym/spa, this exclusive residential development offers its residents 5 star amenities, including 24 hour concierge and a daytime Housekeeper service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the communal areas of the development meet the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness at all times
- Hovering, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Emptying bins, cleaning corridors, stairwells, breakout areas, windows, doors, staff bathrooms, kitchens
- Ensuring that the Housekeeping team are operating under the codes of conduct and delivery standards outlined in the service level agreement
- Reporting to management, any issues relating to service delivery and staff performance
- Assisting management with rotas
Please note that this Housekeeping Supervisor role is hands on and will form part of the housekeeping service delivery.
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience working as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5 star residential or hotel environment
- Previous experience in supervising Housekeeping teams
- Familiarity with COSHH
- Previous experience in overseeing the delivery of SOP’s
- Proactive, self motivated, hard working with exceptional attention to detail
- Bubbly, outgoing and able to integrate well within a team environment
- A team player
- Excellent customer service standards and skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record
- Professional integrity and confidentiality
