As Head Concierge, you will take full responsibility for managing the concierge team, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional resident engagement, and a consistently elevated experience for all who enter the building.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Management
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all concierge operations.
- Manage, coach, and develop a professional concierge team, ensuring a consistent standard of five-star service.
- Conduct performance reviews, team briefings, and internal service audits.
- Maintain full staffing levels, grooming standards, and operational coverage across all shifts.
- Resident Experience & Service Excellence
- Act as the principal point of contact for residents, offering a warm, attentive, and discreet presence at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with residents, understanding individual preferences and anticipating needs.
- Deliver bespoke concierge services, lifestyle assistance, and tailored resident support.
- Ensure every resident interaction reflects the prestige and tone of the development.
- Operational Oversight & Presentation
- Oversee the cleanliness, order, and presentation of all front and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct daily building inspections to uphold impeccable standards throughout.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and uniform provisions.
- Maintain familiarity with building systems, access points, and operational procedures.
- Ensure accurate handovers and shift reporting.
- Communication & Technology
- Oversee resident communications and engagement through the buildings digital platforms.
- Liaise effectively with residents, management, and external contractors.
- Confidently use concierge and building management systems.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, fire, and security procedures.
- Support management with KPI tracking, operational reports, and procedural documentation.
