Location: St Pauls
Hours/shift pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off 19:00 - 07:00
Thomas Webb is currently recruiting for a professional Night Concierge to work at a prestigious residential building in the heart of the city, St Pauls. The residential building comprises circa 100 apartments, across 1 block, with a secure underground car park, landscaped gardens and gym for residents' use only. Apartments range from £750k - £2m and so the service standards for the Night Concierge is 5 star!
Key Responsibilities- Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and their guests.
- Managing access to the premises, ensuring safety and security protocols are upheld.
- Monitoring CCTV and conducting regular security checks.
- Managing the security of keys including issuing, tracking, retrieving and recording all key activity.
- Handling mail and package deliveries with discretion and efficiency, including accurate record keeping.
- Assisting residents with inquiries, service requests, and any immediate needs.
- Maintaining a detailed log of incidents, activities and communications during the shift.
- Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and repair works in communal areas.
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the managing agent, reporting any significant ongoings at the building.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 1 year current experience in a concierge role within a luxury hotel or residential setting.
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English with a variety of nationalities and backgrounds.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write detailed reports and maintain comprehensive records.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to work confidently with email, Microsoft Office packages and building management systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanour under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outgoing, confident, friendly, approachable and chatty personality.
