This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a qualified engineer who enjoys carrying out reactive maintenance while overseeing the day-to-day engineering operation. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered to residents while managing contractors and supporting the wider building operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the day-to-day engineering operation.
- Carry out reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and diagnostics across the building.
- Supervise and coordinate specialist contractors and maintenance works.
- Manage two on-site subcontracted Residence Engineers.
