Position Description
Professional Assistant (PA) to the Executive Advisor of Thomas Telford Multi Academy Trust
Full Time/Term Time plus two weeks considered
Salary to be determined, commensurate with experience
Could you be our Professional Assistant? Are you an outstanding administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? Do you have experience in diary management, confidential correspondence, and stakeholder liaison?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and proactive Professional Assistant to support the Executive Advisor. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Advisor\’s working commitments and in contributing to the effective operation of the wider Executive Team.
The key aim for TTMAT is to provide academic environments, from Primary to post-16, where students can achieve their personal best, and individual talents can be maximised. Each Academy offers a broad curriculum alongside opportunities to specialise in certain fields, such as Business, Physical Education, Science and Technology. TTMAT has a small Executive Team that provides advice and support to TTMAT schools, to further raise standards through collaborative practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertake a diverse range of administrative duties
- High-level diary management
- Confidential correspondence and document handling
- Stakeholder liaison and event coordination
- Minute-taking and support with action planning
- Support with compliance and policy writing
- We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, discretion, and professionalism. Experience in an education or a Multi Academy Trust setting is desirable.
