INVIGILATORS REQUIRED FOR SUMMER 2026 PUBLIC EXAMINATIONS AND BEYOND
Contract: Casual / Temporary
Hours: Flexible (mainly during exam periods)
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team of Examinations Invigilators. This is a great opportunity to support students during their exams and help make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly. You don’t need previous experience — full training will be provided. What matters most is that you’re dependable, calm, and comfortable following instructions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing examination rooms before exams begin
- Checking candidate identification and seating arrangements
- Supervising candidates during examinations to ensure exam conditions are maintained
- Distributing and collecting examination papers
- Responding to candidate queries in line with exam regulations
- Reporting any irregularities or incidents to the Exams Officer
