About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and proactive New Business Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business by following up on leads, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals to achieve business targets. You will also proactively approach new clients, delivering exceptional client experiences at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to generated client enquiries and leads.
- Manage the full new business sales process: assess needs, deliver proposals, quotes, and close deals.
- Proactively seek new opportunities and research potential customers.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare cost models to ensure profitability and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Coordinate training administration and brief course tutors to meet client and quality requirements.
- Monitor budgets for training and contract services.
- Update sales forecasts regularly.

- Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and align efforts with business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
