Job Description
Thomas Sherriff is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to lead and implement marketing strategies for our AG&Turfcompletegoods, Aftermarket and Integrated Solutions areas of the business. This multifaceted role will take charge of marketing planning and day-to-day content creation, social media management, and campaign execution to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports planning and delivery of brand marketing activities to strengthen the Thomas Sherriff branding and perception in the marketplace.
- Makes proposals on how to pursue defined customer segments through targeted solutions and services.
- Communicates and coordinates marketing plan implementation with all relevant dealership teams, e.g., Service & Aftermarket.
- Coordinates and supports execution of all planned marketing activities (e.g., advertisements, promotions, customer events, customer factory visits, demo programs, etc.) through different channels (e.g., social media, print material, radio, point of sales, etc.) to reach targeted prospects.
- Analyzes results to determine campaign efficiency. Communicates with them and provides recommendations for corrective actions and new initiatives to the management team.
- Monitors market trends and customer insight technologies, such as CRM, geospatial or market research applications to gain deeper customer understanding.
- Participates in ongoing communication between the dealership and John Deere marketing personnel and leverages John Deere marketing tools, resources, campaigns and initiatives.
- Regularly reviews dealer marketing and corporate material to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Effectively administers dedicated marketing budget and resources.
- Supports appropriate marketing and public relations communications for all departments.
- Supports internal coordination and communication among different departments and outlets to build a corporate culture.
Skills & Qualifications
- Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline preferred.
- 2 to 3 years’ sales and/or marketing experience.
- Be a creative and innovative thinker.
- Familiar with the Ag or Turf industry beneficial but not essential.
- Strong analytical, organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent in communication and presentation.
- Ability to influence.
- Proficiency with CRM, web analysis tools, social media as well as market research practices.
- Photography and Videography skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
