Your Role:
- You will ensure compliance with organisational QHSE policies and procedures throughout the area of responsibility.
- You will collate, update and maintain an accurate asset database in line with organisational procedures and processes, including the management of maps, drawing and asset plans.
- You will ensure completion of the Estate conditioning survey programme to identify and justify lifecycle project works.
- You will ensure that all roads/hard standings and associated infrastructure is surveyed in line with company policy.
- You will ensure that the Acceptance into use for the Estate is undertaken and that all data relating to the new and changed assets is captured.
- You will liaise with the Maintenance Teams regarding the status of assets post maintenance activities and any asset changes.
- Populate and manage the Risk Escalation process for life cycle.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: You will be required to have an industry recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services or Facilities Management. In addition, a recognised technical body membership is essential.
Experience: You will have experience managing commercial or government asset portfolios, as well as data management knowledge. A sound understanding of surveying large, complex estates is essential, as is having a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and proven line management experience.
Skills: You will be able to communicate clearly to inform and influence others on what they need to know and when they need to know it. You will be able to work effectively with others and maintain constructive relationships within the team, across the business and externally. The skill to commit to putting customers first and deliver high quality service that meets or exceeds expectations is also beneficial for this role.
