Thomas Search are working on behalf of an independent consultancy to appoint an experienced Director level Building Regulations professional into their growing and successful team. If you are a commercially astute Building Regulations professional ready to step into a high-impact Director role with significant autonomy, team leadership and strategic influence, this is a rare opportunity to lead and grow a core service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a dedicated Building Regulations Advisory team
- Own client relationships across designers, contractors and stakeholders

- Lead delivery of Building Regulations Advisory services on complex commercial and Higher Risk Building projects
