This is a genuine opportunity for a chartered surveyor who wants technical responsibility, client exposure and the scope to lead projects and develop others. The role covers a broad building surveying remit, including: Building and technical due diligence Condition, maintenance and defect surveys Dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments Refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects Project management, contract administration and Employer's Agent duties Party Wall matters and CDM Principal Designer / Advisor responsibilities Building Regulations, compliance and technical advisory work Client management, fee proposals and business development You will manage projects from inception through to completion, provide trusted technical advice to clients and have the opportunity to mentor junior surveyors while contributing to the continued growth of the surveying team.
