Thomas Search are supporting an award winning construction facilities management provider with a 35 year PFI contract to maintain various commercial/industrial MOD assets in Tidworth, Wiltshire.
We're seeking an individual with strong commercial experience to support the delivery of a wide range of capital projects.
Key
Responsibilities: You will be involved in pricing of scope works to support change, lifecycle planning and the Annual Maintenance Plan.
You will also, review contractor's quotes, tender returns and work estimates to substantiate or challenge value for money.
Prepares ROM costings based on pricing methodologies and historic contractor prices for defined Scopes of Work.
Delivers strong commercial approach to accurately estimate and quantify Scopes of work by reviewing the work ensuring all elements accounted for.
Undertakes quantitative analysis to compare ROMs against market.
Support the updating of rates in the asset planning software based on market returns.
Supporting estimates in their production of the Annual Maintenance plan

Required: Educated to a minimum HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline preferably with a professional membership eg, CIBSE or CIOB.
