Zur Unterstützung unserer Teams in unserem Shop in Hannover suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d).
Deine Mission
- Du gehst als Vorbild voran und verstehst Dich als Botschafter der Marke THOMAS SABO und SABOTEUR.
- Du leistest aktiv einen Beitrag zu den KPIs und allen Zielen Deines Stores.
- Du übernimmst die Vertretungsregelung für Deinen Store Manager.
- Du bist stets ein Vorbild für Deine Kollegen, mit dem Ziel einen positiven und motivierenden Teamgeist zu erhalten.
- Als Verkaufstalent mit großem Einfühlungsvermögen schaffst Du bei der aktiven Mitarbeit im Verkauf für unsere Kunden stets ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis.
- Du unterstützt Deinen Store Manager bei der Definition, Kommunikation und dem Nachhalten von Zielen sowie bei der Personaleinsatzplanung.
Dein Profil
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig, engagiert, modebewusst und hast erste Berufserfahrung in der Personalführung.
- Die Leidenschaft am Verkaufen sowie gute MS Office- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
- Du hast exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und persönliche Eigenschaften wie Empathie, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist organisationsstark und hast erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Auswertungen und KPIs.
