This is an exciting opportunity to join ourAcademy sports team. You will deliverand administrate the sports academy contributing to its recruitment and smoothand efficient running.
Candidates must have a good generaleducation, be a qualified coach in the sport required, have excellent sportslinks in the community and be able to evidence experience and skills thatsuggest suitability to discharge the duties as outlined in the Job Description.
This role focuses primarily on thedelivery and development of the Women’s Football Academy programme. The rolewill also support the development and growth of women’s football within theTrust, including contributions to future outreach initiatives such as holidayfootball camps, community engagement and player recruitment pathways.
WhatWe’re Looking For In Our Coach:
- Holds a UEFA B Licence (minimum)
- Has experience in football coaching(ideally within the women’s game)
- Can deliver engaging, structuredsessions
- Is reliable and committed to fixedweekly sessions
- Has an interest in developingprogrammes beyond coaching
