We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth and adoption of Confirmation.com among banks in the North East Asia region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our in-network financial institutions, strengthening relationships with existing banking partners and supporting digital transformation in the audit confirmation process.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to onboard new banks and strengthen partnerships with existing ones.
  • Proactively identify, contact, and engage banks with a compelling value proposition for joining the Confirmation.com network.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to bank stakeholders across compliance, legal, operations, and digital transformation teams.
  • Manage inbound interest and support institutions through the onboarding process.
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations and solution overviews tailored to bank use cases and regulatory needs.
  • Maintain high activity levels across emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person engagements as required.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Legal, Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment and timely support.
  • Record all activity and manage pipeline progress in Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

About You

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within fintech, SaaS or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience engaging with financial institutions, particularly across compliance, risk, and operational functions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise multiple initiatives, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Big 4 audit or banking industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the audit confirmation process is a plus.
