What You'll Do
- Define Strategy & Architecture: Own the overall technical architecture and target state for the knowledge graph platform, ensuring it scales, performs, and remains maintainable.
- Lead Ontology Governance: Drive the design and governance of the ontology so it accurately reflects business semantics and supports complex downstream use cases.
- Set Best Practices: Establish modelling standards for nodes, relationships, and properties across the graph.
- Guide Integration Patterns: Direct core decisions around data ingestion, API exposure, and chatbot interaction.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Act as design authority across engineering, quality, and DevOps teams, and serve as the main technical liaison for client architecture and stakeholders.
- Drive Tech Selection: Evaluate and select tooling choices-including NLP/LLM approaches for chatbots and quality frameworks.
- Govern & Evolve: Lead design governance forums, ensure enterprise architecture alignment, and advise on ontology evolution and versioning strategies.
