Office 365 Tenant‑to‑Tenant Migration Project Manager opportunity to lead a large complex migration programme covering Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, security policies, and identity integration.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of delivering large T2T migrations and can coordinate global technical teams, manage stakeholders, and maintain tight migration governance.

The contract Project Manager must have proven experience managing Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

  • Strong understanding of Entra ID/Azure AD, hybrid identity, domain transfers, and licensing.
  • Experience working with third‑party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, CloudM, etc.).
  • Excellent project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage technical delivery teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Prince2, PMP, or Agile certifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Background in enterprise‑scale migration programmes (10,000+ seats).
  • Understanding of compliance (DLP, retention policies, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery).
