Our client is one of the UK’s largest suppliers and a premier, first-choice provider of heavy-duty ground protection and access solutions for sale and hire nationwide. As an industry leader, they are a highly respected supplier to major sectors including construction, energy, and utilities.
This is not a desk-based management position. We are looking for a hands-on Yard Manager who enjoys working outdoors, leads by example and remains actively involved in the day-to-day physical operations of the yard.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Yard Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a key depot in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is not a desk-based management role. The successful candidate will lead from the front, working alongside a small team of Yard Operatives and remaining actively involved in physical, daily yard duties. The role is physically demanding and labour-intensive, involving outdoor work in all weather conditions.
