The Role:
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat.
- Manage overdue accounts and agree sustainable repayment plans.
- Reinstate failed Direct Debits and set up suitable payment schedules.
- Support with billing queries, refunds and account adjustments.
- Investigate disputes and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex cases.
- Share insight to help improve processes and service quality.
Person Requirements:
