I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established valuation firm looking to expand their team across the South West. They are seeking a qualified Valuation Surveyor who prefers a role with professional freedom and a localised patch. Our client is a prominent name in the lending sector, and they have a consistent pipeline of instructions across the South West. They are looking for a reliable professional to join their team.

The Work Pattern

This role is structured to offer efficiency and a genuine balance between field work and home life:

  • You will travel directly from home to your first appointments.
  • You will typically carry out 4 to 5 inspections within a 40-to-50-mile radius of your front door.
  • You will spend your afternoons working from home to complete your reports and submit your valuations.
  • While the role is primarily remote, you will have the full support of a central office in Bath for administrative assistance and team meetings.

The workload is focused on valuations for secured lending. You will deal with a variety of residential assets including: Standard residential properties.
