The Role:

  • Execute the production of medical devices according to strictly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work within a Grade C (ISO 7) cleanroom environment, adhering to all gowning and sterilization protocols.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and final checks to ensure every product meets our exacting quality specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed production records (Batch Manufacturing Records) to ensure full traceability in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
  • Perform basic setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance of production equipment and tooling.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency by identifying potential process improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to work with small components and perform delicate manual tasks.
  • An uncompromising approach to quality and the ability to follow complex instructions exactly.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills for accurate documentation.
  • A consistent and professional work ethic with a focus on punctuality.
  • Previous experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing environment. (Not essential)
