This is a pivotal, dual-focus position reporting to the Production Manager. You will manage the vital link between global medical professionals and the internal production team, ensuring that bespoke orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with hospitals and global distributors to process orders and sensitive data for bespoke medical implants.
- Coordinate with international couriers and manage the end-to-end shipment of finished products.
- Manage purchase orders for raw materials, oversee goods-inward, and maintain rigorous stock control.
- Support the Quality and Regulatory departments by maintaining meticulous production records and filing systems.
- Provide hands-on support to the production team, including assisting in the "clean suite" environment when required.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, distributors, and sub-contractors.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong background in administrative support, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or a medical/regulated field.
- Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office; experience with stock control or ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
