Role responsibilities:
- Assisting in maintaining site quality standards and supporting day-to-day compliance activities
- Supporting audit preparation and participation, including traceability checks and documentation reviews
- Helping investigate quality issues, identifying causes and contributing to corrective actions
- Analysing and reporting data related to quality, performance, and customer feedback
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure processes are followed and standards are maintained
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting site documentation and onboarding activities
The person:
- Previous experience in a quality, technical or compliance-based role within a manufacturing environment
- Awareness of food safety or quality standards, such as HACCP or similar frameworks
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools for reporting, tracking and documentation
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams across the business
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
