- Early Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Friday: 6:00 am – 11:30 am
- Late Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Friday: 11:30 am – 5:00 pm

Role Responsibilities
As a CNC Setter/Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating CNC machinery
- Producing precision-engineered components to specification
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out in-process inspection checks
- Completing production and quality documentation
- Supporting production targets and efficiency improvements
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Working closely with Team Leaders and production teams
The Person
The successful CNC Setter/Operator will ideally have:
- Previous CNC setting and operating experience
- Experience within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good understanding of quality inspection processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
