Available Shift Patterns:
- Double Day Shift (Early/Late Rotating)
- Early Shift Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Friday: 6:00 am – 11:30 am
- Late Shift Monday – Thursday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Friday: 11:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Permanent Night Shift Monday – Thursday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Friday: 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm

The successful CNC Setter/Operator will play a key role within the machine shop, supporting production requirements while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are consistently maintained.

Role Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC machinery within the machine shop
- Producing precision components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Carrying out machine checks and maintaining production documentation
- Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Reporting non-conformance issues where required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Supporting production targets and continuous improvement activities
- Working closely with Team Leaders and other departments across production
The Person:
- Strong hands-on CNC machining experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Previous experience setting and operating CNC machinery (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards work
