Role Responsibilities

As a Quality & Dispatch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products before dispatch
  • Preparing and loading vehicles in line with daily production and transport schedules
  • Coordinating the efficient movement of materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process
  • Accepting and processing incoming deliveries, ensuring products are distributed to the correct departments
  • Working closely with production teams to maintain workflow and maximise operational efficiency
  • Performing initial inspections of incoming materials and ensuring appropriate documentation and labelling
  • Supporting the maintenance of quality management and health & safety systems, including calibration records, non-conformance reports, audits, and associated documentation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and dispatch operations

The Person

To be successful as a Quality & Dispatch Coordinator, you should have:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, dispatch, or quality environment
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and practical forklift experience
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritise workload effectively
