Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of landlord satisfaction.
- Managing a trusted network of contractors to organize quotes and oversee essential property works.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries with professionalism and tact.
- Monitoring rent accounts and managing arrears with clear, effective communication.
- Staying ahead of the Landlord and Tenant Act, ensuring all legal notices and safety certifications are up to date.
- Handling the full process from tenancy renewals to end-of-tenancy inspections and deposit negotiations.
Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum of 1 year in Residential Property Management.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to handle difficult conversations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of modern property management software (such as TECLET) is a distinct advantage.
- A natural ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of current UK property legislation.
- A valid UK Driving License is essential.
