Property Manager Location: Ruislip Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 Basic Salary Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Are you an experienced Property Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants? The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful and growing residential lettings team in Ruislip. This role is ideal for an organised and customer focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service is delivered while maintaining compliance and resolving issues efficiently. What We Offer Basic salary of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday working hours with no weekend requirement Birthday day off Annual company awards and recognition events Company Christmas parties and social events Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Genuine opportunities for career progression Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinate property maintenance and repairs Instruct and manage contractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard Conduct property inspections and follow up on any required actions Handle tenancy issues and dispute resolution where necessary Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations Manage renewals, tenancy agreements and relevant documentation Respond promptly to maintenance enquiries and tenant queries Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM system Requirements Previous experience within residential Property Management Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach Full UK driving licence preferred Professional and personable manner If you are an experienced Property Manager looking to join a reputable and growing business that values its people and rewards success, we would love to hear from you.
