The Role: We are recruiting for an experienced and largely self-sufficient Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join a reputable High Street firm in Evesham. This is a fee earner position where you will be provided with your own office with administrative support in place, if required. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their caseload, managing residential conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion and post completion. This role is ideal for a fee earner who enjoys autonomy and takes pride in delivering a seamless end to end service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
- Conduct detailed title investigations for both registered and unregistered land freehold and leasehold.
- Handle trust work and settlements.
