Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is eager to develop new skills within a specialist surface treatment environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare aerospace components for surface treatment, including masking, media blasting and waxing
- Carry out surface treatment processes following detailed work instructions and process sheets
- Record processing times and production data accurately
- Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Promote a strong health & safety culture
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
The Person
- Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment is essential
- Experience following detailed manufacturing or process instructions
- Experience working to high quality standards and completing production records accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Experience preparing or processing metal components would be advantageous
- Strong awareness of health & safety within a production environment
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Aerospace manufacturing or surface treatment experience would be highly beneficial
