THOMAS Professional is currently recruiting for a Picker Driver / Warehouse Support position on behalf of a long-established and growing business based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and is happy supporting different areas of the business when required. The successful candidate will join a close-knit team where flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Preparing orders for dispatch across both local and international deliveries
  • Supporting the Hire Department with equipment preparation and organisation
  • Driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle when required
  • Occasionally towing a small trailer
  • Assisting with general warehouse and operational duties
  • Supporting other departments and team members when required
  • Carrying out basic servicing and maintenance tasks, including oil and filter changes
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

  • Interest in vehicles, motors, machinery, or mechanical work
  • Comfortable carrying out basic maintenance duties
