Key Responsibilities
- Prioritising your studies and practical training to become a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
- Acting as the first point of contact for warm leads, gathering initial information, and booking appointments for the advisory team.
- Working closely with the Estate Agency sales team to identify mortgage opportunities and support their clients.
- Learning the "back-end" of the business—processing applications, tracking legal completions, and ensuring total compliance.
- Developing a deep understanding of lender criteria and the local property market.
