The Role: As the Student Records and Data Lead, you will oversee the integrity of student data across three campuses. Leading a team of 18 Data Administrators, you will manage the student lifecycle—from enrolment and timetabling to compliance auditing and reporting. This is a key leadership role within a modern, paperless office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the data team, manage performance, and deputise for the Data Manager.
- Ensure accurate student records in line with ILR deadlines and funding regulations; lead internal audits.
- Work with systems specialists to implement Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows.
- Act as the main contact for staff, parents, and employers regarding attendance, records, and timetables.
- Oversee student enrolment and support college-wide events (Open Days, Inductions).
About You
- Experience managing administrative teams in a busy, customer-facing environment.
- Advanced MS Office skills; experience with databases and process automation is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets and ensure strict regulatory compliance (GDPR/Funding).
- A problem-solver dedicated to improving efficiency and office procedures.
