The Role:
- Provide general administrative support to the exams team
- Assist with the processing of exam entries, results and related documentation
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Support the coordination and smooth running of examination sessions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is handled confidentially
The Person:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Exam administration experience desirable but not essential
- Ideally hold a DBS on the update service or be happy to undergo a DBS
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Driving licence and access to a car
