The Role:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Supporting bank reconciliations, payment runs and credit control activity
- Assisting with month-end tasks and maintaining accurate finance records
- Responding to supplier and customer queries in a professional manner
- Providing general administrative support to the wider finance function
Person Requirements:
- Previous experience as an accounts, finance or bookkeeping role
- Good attention to detail
- Working towards AAT is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
- Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Positive, reliable and professional approach to work
