The Role:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting bank reconciliations, payment runs and credit control activity
  • Assisting with month-end tasks and maintaining accurate finance records
  • Responding to supplier and customer queries in a professional manner
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider finance function

Person Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an accounts, finance or bookkeeping role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Working towards AAT is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
  • Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Positive, reliable and professional approach to work
